What is the UV protection level?

All Zikrain sunglasses come with UV400 lenses, which block 99.9% of UVA and UVB rays.

Are Zikrain sunglasses polarized?

Yes. Every pair of Zikrain sunglasses has UV400 polarized lenses. Polarization cuts the harsh glare that bounces off roads, water, glass and screens — so you squint less and see more detail in bright sun. Our clear-lens optical frames are not polarized, as polarization applies to tinted lenses.

What are the frames made of?

Premium acetate — lightweight, hypoallergenic, and more durable than regular plastic. Some styles use metal frames or metal detailing.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. COD is available on all orders across India, at no extra charge. The full order amount is collected at the time of delivery.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order across India. There is no minimum order value and no hidden charges.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Timelines may vary slightly by location and courier availability.

Can I exchange my sunglasses?

Yes. Email us at mail.zikrain@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We arrange a reverse pickup and cover the return shipping cost. The frames must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do you offer refunds?

We exchange rather than refund as standard. Refunds are issued if your product arrives defective or damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if no suitable replacement is available. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the product.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, before it is dispatched. Email mail.zikrain@gmail.com with your order number. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for exchange.
