Shipping Policy

Every Zikrain order is packed by hand and dispatched from our warehouse in Surat, Gujarat.

Cost

Free shipping on every order, anywhere in India. No minimum order value, no hidden charges.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Standard delivery then takes 3–5 business days from dispatch.

Timelines can vary by location and courier availability. Remote pincodes may take a little longer.

Where we deliver

Pan-India — metros, tier 2 and tier 3 cities, and remote areas including the North-East. If your pincode is serviceable by our courier partners, we deliver to you.

What arrives

Every order includes your frame, a premium branded hard case, a microfibre cleaning cloth, and a protective branded Zikrain box.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link by SMS and email. You can also message us on WhatsApp any time for an update.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across India at no extra charge. The full order amount is collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

Failed or refused deliveries

Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three times. If an order cannot be delivered because the address is incomplete, nobody is available, or the parcel is refused at the door, it is returned to us.

Prepaid orders returned this way are refunded in full. Where cash-on-delivery orders are repeatedly refused, we may ask for prepayment on future orders.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at our cost.
