At Zikrain Eyewear, we want your new sunglasses to reach you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We currently ship across India via trusted courier partners. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders within 3-5 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across all serviceable pin codes in India. COD orders are verified via a confirmation call or message before dispatch.
Shipping Charges
• FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,499
• Flat shipping fee of ₹99 for orders below ₹2,499
• COD orders carry an additional ₹99 COD handling fee
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status anytime.
Undeliverable Orders
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
