We want you to love your Zikrain eyewear. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at support@zikrain.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer — we'll collect your bank details securely.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for a different style, subject to availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use, damage not caused during shipping, or items without original packaging cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
